We have noticed that you have not "named" all the tickets you have in your member's area for people attending the event!

At the Savannah Summer Series and Great Northern Bullriding 2020 events next week, to be COVID-19 compliant, each person must have their own ticket when attending the event.

You MUST have the name of the person that will use the ticket to gain entry to the event on the e-ticket BEFORE you download and print it.

How do I "name" my E-tickets?

YOU can SHARE the ticket by emailing it to your other members in your ticket order by clicking the SHARE button next to the ticket. OR, if you don’t have their email address you can put their name on the ticket by pressing the NAME TICKET button next to the ticket.

The most important thing is there must be the name of the person using the ticket to gain entry the event on the ticket.

  1. Login to the Members Area,
  2. Click on "My Orders" in the Members Area sidebar, and then
  3. Click the "View Order Details" link. From the "View Order Details"

Once here you can choose to click the SHARE or NAME button next to each ticket 

  • To SHARE – enter the email address of your other ticket holder OR
  • To NAME the ticket – enter the name of the person who is using it to gain entry.

Once you are done make sure that each person using the ticket "Downloads" their individually named tickets as a single PDF ready for printing. You can also bring the ticket on your phone for scanning at the gates.

The e-ticket bearer will be asked to show proof of identification at the gate of the venue to gain entry. Security staff will check that the name on the ticket matches the ID of the person using the ticket to gain entry to the event.

How do I print my E-ticket's in hard copy?

You can print your E-tickets on your home printer in black and white or colour, on standard A4 paper. Please ensure that the barcode has printed correctly, otherwise we might be unable to scan your ticket correctly at the gate. Once printed, please read the terms and conditions.

I have not received my E-Tickets to my email address. What should I do?

If you have elected to email your tickets, please check to see if your mailbox is full or if the email is in your spam folder.

You can also check that your email address is entered correctly in your Members Area, by clicking the My Details button in the Members Area sub-menu.

How do I use my E-ticket to gain entry to the event?

On the day of the event simply take your E-ticket/s with you as you would for any event ticket. Please present your E-ticket on arrival at the entry gate. The name on your E-ticket must match the name on your ID.

What do I do if I have forgotten my Password?

Passwords are case sensitive, so check whether you have the Caps-Lock key on and try entering your password again. If this still does not work or you think you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here (or navigate to the Members Area login page and click the Forgot Password button).

Alternatively, you should contact us and we will be able to help you work out why you didn't receive your tickets and assist in ensuring you receive these as soon as possible.
