We’re thrilled to announce 
...the Savannah Summer Series! A string of pop-up country music mini-festivals, kicking off over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend this October, taking us across Summer and beyond...
Savannah in the Round Summer Series 2020 is here to prove country music is alive and kicking, as well as to offer a taste of what the main event will be all about!
It's going to be a huge few days of entertainment:
Salt House in Cairns on
Thursday, 1 October or the
Mareeba Rodeo Grounds on
Friday, 2 October,
Then stick around on Saturday, 3 October when the Great Northern Bullriding Series rolls into town, offering another day jam-packed with entertainment for the entire family. NOTE: FREE CAMPING Friday & Saturday nights at the Mareeba Rodeo Grounds!
ARTISTS: Live and Loud. 5 Bands for only $50!
| Casey Barnes kicked off the year with his hit single, ‘Sparks Fly’, holding #1 on radio for seven weeks, followed by the first #1 Australian Country ARIA album during the COVID era, ‘Town of a Million Dreams’. His latest radio hit, 'We're Good Together', was written in Nashville with country duo Brown and Gray, and its hooky melody and memorable lyrics pull you in right from the start. The Savannah Summer Series will give him his first opportunity to play for the Tropical North Queensland fans since the album’s release, and will kick off his long-awaited victory lap of Australia with a nine-date national tour. |

Teenage sibling trio The Buckleys are also a band on everyone’s lips, with a Golden Guitar nomination for Best New Talent and a country radio #1 with their hit single ‘Daydream’. Signing a global recording deal with long-time INXS manager Chris Murphy’s Petrol Records and the Universal Music Group, the band’s debut album is set for release later in 2020.

SaltbushSix remains one of Australia’s most acclaimed backing bands, having launched Keith Urban into the stratosphere with his album The Ranch in 1997 and working with artists like Lee and Tania Kernaghan, Trisha Yearwood, Big House, and the godfather of Aussie country, Slim Dusty.

The Summer Series also welcomes The Roadtrippers and The Ayres Rockettes, Queensland’s best country party bands, bringing good vibes for audiences of all ages.

VENUES
Salt House at Marina Point, Cairns and the Mareeba Rodeo Grounds will play host to the first and second Summer Series dates, this 1 and 2 October respectively - each offering a completely different experience.
Take in the Trinity Inlet views at the Marina in Cairns on Friday night, or kick up the dust in Mareeba on Saturday (with free camping ahead of the event). Just don’t miss out!
